We do not merely teach skills; we return the keys of Self-Possession and Self-Determination to those who know they were born not to settle for mediocrity, but to strive valiantly for greatness.
We exist to ensure that the Source Code of Mastery, gathered from the highest stages and the harshest fires in human history, is not lost to the sands of the past. But, rather, installed into the minds of the Leaders seeking to build their own Future.

J.J. Caruncho is the Founder and creator of The Caruncho Institute for Self Mastery. He is a polymath, protector, and performer who has lived mastery in multiple worlds simultaneously.
Aside from being a master of 30 different Martial Arts, a classically trained actor (He played Hamlet in the U.K.), Opera Singer (He sang at Carnegie Hall 3x), Musician (He plays 13 instruments)...
He has also taught Body Mechanics, Spatial Analysis in Combat, and Psychological Techniques of de-escalation to elite Tier 1 Special Forces Operators. His training has saved many lives in the highest stakes situations imaginable.
He is a Longevity & Body Mechanics Pioneer, Anti-Falling Researcher, and Systems Builder.
He is Master Educator of Memory, Systems Based Thinking, Multi-versal Thinking, Skill-Mastery, Deduction, Strategy, Fear Mastery, Behavioral Analysis, Communication, Leadership, and Self-Leadership.
Founder of Sanctavía®, the original school of body mechanics and longevity that he developed over 18 years of Research and Development. Sanctavía has changed d countless lives, and saved several.
He has spent decades extracting what truly works, and personally applying and teaching it, across dozens of fields.

Arielle is also a Broadway actress, and has starred in 4 Broadway shows and performed for millions of people all around the world.
She has performed at The White House, The Hollywood Bowl, and with symphony orchestras around the world.
Dan Gonon,

Daniel is a bilingual coach and actor (fluent in English and Spanish).
He has lived in many countries around the world, and is a graduate of Brown University.
He is also a huge soccer fan.

But we also have a say.

The whole secret is to act in a way that Future-You will thank you for.

To endeavor to live a life where we are not haunted by the ghost of "What if?".
